Do I Have To Sign A Contract?
No! We rely upon our excellent customer service to keep your business! We only work through contracts on larger commercial jobs.
What Kind Of Cleaning Products Will You Use In My Home?
We use a citrus based multi-purpose cleaner that is safe for use across multiple surfaces and for contact with children and pets. We use a vinegar based professional floor cleaning solution. We are dedicated to not using harsh chemicals and cheap, strong scented, chemical-based products, however, there may be conditions that call for limited use of a bleach based cleaning product. We will be happy to utilize specific products, upon request, that you prefer and provide for your specific needs.
Do I Need To Be Home During Our Cleaning?
Not unless you want to be. Many of our clients leave a key in a lockbox or in a previously agreed upon safe place, or provide us with a key code and an alarm code specifically identifying our staffs entry into your home.
What If I Have A Pet?
We love pets! However, you know your pet much better than we do. If you feel it may need to be crated or isolated then please do so.
Are You Insured?
Yes! We are bonded and insured and our team are also covered by Workers Compensation. If you would like to receive a COI just ask and we will be happy to provide it for you!
What If I Need To Cancel An Appointment?
Life happens. Things change. We are always understanding of that. We send automated reminders 72 hours before your appointment. However, we do require a 48 hour cancellation notice. You can send your notice of cancellation/rescheduling of your upcoming appointment by email, text or phone call to our offices. Visits cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a 25% of visit invoice fee. Visits cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% of visit invoice fee.
What if something is damaged or broken?
Our team is always respectful of your property, however, accidents do happen. Our team is trained to take pictures and report any incidents that may occur. As soon as we are notified of the issue we will contact you to repair or replace an item damaged. We do ask that any items that are irreplaceable or extremely valuable be put away in a safe place out of harms way.
